I have been a member of Kirby Bellars Group of Artists for a good few years now and enjoy the friendship and inspiration I get from being with my fellow members.
My favourite subject has always been painting flowers. Every painting is a challenge and this combined with the unpredictability of the medium, makes every painting a combination of pleasure and frustration. Occasionally I use pastels and inks and combine them with watercolour, and this can create some wonderful effects.
